Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners. All orders include tracking so you can follow your package from our door to yours.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Estimated delivery times
- North America: 7–14 business days
- Europe & UK: 10–18 business days
- Rest of world: 14–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over C$50. A flat rate of C$5.99 applies to orders below that threshold. Rates are calculated at checkout for international destinations.

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also check your status anytime on our Track Order page.
